    Select EDIT VIDEO FOR ME in the INTIAL SETUP page. You will be re-directed to the VIDEO CUSTOMISATION REQUEST page. Fill your contact details and select PROCEED.

    You will be requested to sign-in or register if you are a new user.

    If your account balance is insufficient, you'll be automatically redirected to our secure payment processing page. After completing your payment, you'll be able to submit your request. We utilize reputable payment gateways, such as Razorpay and PayPal, to ensure a smooth and secure transaction experience. Rest assured, we do not store any payment information on our servers.

    Once you CONFIRM to proceed with the edit request, you will receive an email from us, to the email ID provided in step 1, confirming your order and requesting for specific images/photographs and content to use as per the template ordered. Our support team is always available at service@selfanimate.com in case you need further assistance.

    Once you send us the images, content and music (optional), we will create the custom video and send it to you within 48 hours (excluding non-working days).

Terms & Conditions:

  • Selfanimate will need 48 hours (excluding non-working days) from the time we receive the images and content from you. We do not undertake any copyright liability on the images or content, shared by you.
  • We use only copyright-free music. If you send us custom music, we do not undertake any copyright liability on the same.
  • The final video will contain the same number of frames as mentioned in the template description. Every additional frame added as per request will be charged an additional Rs. 375 each.
  • We provide one free iteration. Further changes will cost additional Rs. 375 per change request.
  • Final video will be HD quality and can be shared on email and all social media platforms like Whatsapp, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Selfanimate services are governed by our privacy policy and terms of use as listed in our website www.selfanimate.com.
